                      Implementation Overview

This implementation plan focuses on integrating AI-supported conversational programs into World Languages classrooms to enhance second language acquisition and communicative competence. By embedding structured AI simulations into instructional routines, students will have expanded opportunities to respond to prompts, rehearse authentic communication, and build confidence in low-stakes environments.

Professional development will equip coordinators and educators with the digital competencies necessary to implement AI-supported conversational tools responsibly and effectively. Research supports that structured digital learning environments can enhance academic achievement, self-efficacy, and intrinsic motivation when intentionally aligned to instructional goals.
